SubTrackBy installing, accessing or using the SubTrack mobile application (the “App”) developed by Gree Web Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
SubTrack is a personal tool for recording subscriptions and free trials, receiving payment reminders and viewing spending summaries. It does not connect to your bank, card or app-store accounts, and it cannot subscribe, cancel or pay for anything on your behalf. All information in the App is entered by you.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide an email address you control so you can reset your password.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by:
- attempting to access another user's account or data;
- interfering with, overloading or probing the App or its servers;
- reverse engineering the App except where the law allows it; or
- using the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Accuracy & No Financial Advice
Totals, reminders and insights are calculated from the details you enter. SubTrack does not guarantee that they match the amounts or dates actually charged by service providers. Always confirm billing details with the provider. Nothing in the App is financial advice.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code and the SubTrack name and logo belong to Gree Web Solutions. Third-party service names and logos shown in the App belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those services.
6. Termination & Account Deletion
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App, or on our Delete Account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gree Web Solutions is not liable for missed payments, unexpected charges, data loss or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
